Recognised as a thought leader and speaker on strategic international HR, talent management and Global Mobility and author of Santa Fe Relocation’s award winning annual Global Mobility Survey. John works with global organisations to transform their Global Mobility programs; focusing on aligning strategic objectives with operational delivery. John has been an FCIPD for 20 years and holds an MA in Managing Human Resources.

Julia Palmer

Group Head of Relocation and Assignment Management Services at Santa Fe Relocation

A respected mobility advisor globally, Julia has 20 years’ Big Four experience working with clients across all regions and industries to develop their global mobility strategy and supporting framework. She has successfully enabled her clients to forge closer links between the talent and mobility agenda, with the use of data and insights. Julia has worked with organisations to transform large mobility programs, as well as with start-up organisations needing to globalise.

Peter Graham

Group Director of Visa and Immigration Services at Santa Fe Relocation

Now in his 31st year working in the field of Immigration, Peter’s career spans both government and private sector work. Peter spent 17 years at the UK Home Office working in both national and international immigration policy and strategy where he had the opportunity to work in every stage of the Immigration lifecycle.
Peter joined Santa Fe in March 2017 after having spent the previous 10 years leading IBM’s Global Border and Immigration business. A recognised thought leader and regular speaker on Border and Immigration matters, Peter included among his clients the World Economic Forum, Interpol, Department of Homeland Security, Australia Customs, the Irish Medicines Board and the UK Home Office.

Sigrid Nauwelaerts

Head of Talent Mobility Advisory at Johnson & Johnson

Sigrid has global responsibility to create programs and assignment solutions that support J&J globally. Her global team represents the strategic arm of the Talent Mobility team and they develop strategies and solutions to embed talent mobility programs within overall talent management tools & resources at J&J. We align mobility investments with talent strategies and business initiatives through delivery of mobility data insights.
